La Chinata lobster pâté is one of a range of sea pâtés made with our finest extra virgin olive oil. In this case, it's a premium quality pâté, with an excellent flavour and texture and a low calorie content.
This pâté is recommended as a snack on bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our variety of regañás and picos, and can be enhanced with our wide variety of vegetable jams, as well as our caramelised onions in sherry vinegar. It can also be a good accompaniment or used as a dressing to give a distinctive touch to fish and rice dishes.
We suggest serving the pâté slightly chilled if eaten spread on bread, to enhance its nuances on the palate, and it goes perfectly with our La Chinata white wine.
