Cortijo de Sarteneja marmalade is an organic jam of the highest gastronomic quality, traditionally made in Extremadura.
It contains 60-80% organic fruit and is sweetened with organic brown cane sugar. This jam contains no gluten, thickeners, colourings or preservatives. It's ideal for livening up your breakfasts or adding a different touch to your meals. The jar in which it is presented is also attractive and original.
The marmalade is handmade from organically-grown Extremadura figs of the Calabacita variety. It is green in colour with golden seeds, and has a natural, lingering flavour that brings out the delicious taste of the figs.

Cortijo de Sarteneja is a family project that was born in 2013. Its first product, which has become the brand's flagship product, was fried tomato. It is a recipe learned in the family court in Sarteneja, located on irrigated land where tomatoes have been grown for decades.
Cortijo de Sarteneja's mission is to be a benchmark in a market dominated by mass-market industrial brands with something as simple as it is difficult to find: a sugar-free fried tomato sauce. Today, after more than a decade, they maintain the same objective and continue to work with products that reflect this desire to maintain tradition without renouncing innovation.
