This lightly spiced jam made from whole limes is refreshingly tangy. Perfect on toast or in cakes and desserts, it contains no allergens. The limes used are grown in Spain when fully ripe and are carefully processed on arrival at the factory.

Wilkin & Sons Limited, founded in 1885 by Mr A. C. Wilkin, owns land on which it grows a wide variety of fruit, including strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and red plums. The famous Little Scarlet strawberries, grown for over 100 years, are also part of its production. All the fruit is hand-picked and washed before processing, with no artificial colours or preservatives.
