They select the best potatoes at source, which are then transported and stored in the best conditions in their factory in Arteixo (A Coruña, Galicia). Once fried, they select only those potatoes that meet the quality, colour, texture and size they consider appropriate. They also have a double selection process: first mechanical and then manual. Finally, the packaging machines are in charge of canning them, injecting inert gas into the container to guarantee the best preservation of the product.
