Since 1890, La Perruche and Béghin Say have been making traditional cane sugar from Réunion Island, where the cane is grown with respect for the earth, without insecticides or fungicides.
It comes in its emblematic form of rough, irregular amber lumps, with aromatic notes of bourbon vanilla and caramel.
