Béghin Say - La Perruche

Since 1890, Béghin Say has been making this traditional cane sugar from the island of Reunion, where the cane is cultivated in a way that respects the land, without insecticides or fungicides. It comes in its iconic shape of amber-colored, rough, irregular lumps with aromatic notes of bourbon vanilla and caramel.
