The nose has a high intensity green fruitiness, with green notes and aromas of freshly cut grass, olive leaf, artichoke, tomato and green banana. On the palate it has a smooth entry, with a subtle sweetness, while its complexity appears through a slight bitterness and a spicy finish. Thanks to its perfect balance between sweetness, bitterness and spiciness, it is an oil capable of satisfying both those who are looking for a milder flavour and those who want a more intense experience rich in nuances.
