The Cornezuelo de Jaén olive is a variety of olive fruit native to the province of Jaén, a secondary variety of the Cornicabra. Cornezuelo extra virgin olive oil is protected by the Protected Designation of Origin "Aceite de Monterrubio" and stands out for its extraordinary organoleptic qualities. These oils have fruity aromas with pleasant notes of green grass.
