Arbosana

Arbosana is an olive variety that comes from the Penedés region, located between Barcelona and Tarragona. With a very similar productivity to Arbequina and resulting in a very stable oil, Arbosana is a very interesting variety for areas where the cold is not excessively present. It is usually used for the production of extra virgin olive oil of magnificent quality, which stands out for being astringent, with sweet, bitter and spicy flavors of medium-high intensity.
