Extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction at 21ºC produced in the province of Jaén with olives of the Picual variety harvested in mid-October, when the fruit is greenish in colour.
Verde Puro Premium Picual is characterised by its intense fruitiness with fresh and pleasant notes of green grass, fig, tomato, banana peel and almond. In the mouth it is very fluid and complex, resulting in a distinguished and exquisite taste. It feels sweet, moderately bitter and a little spicier, but all in an excellently balanced way.
The characteristic green colour of this extra virgin olive oil is the result of a production process in which care is taken down to the last detail to guarantee the optimum qualities of the oil.
