The cranberries are broken down by slowly bringing them to the boil, then simmered and pressed in a fruit press to extract as much juice as possible.

This juice is used to make jams from fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, plums, apricots and strawberries. Cointreau is combined with blueberries to highlight the qualities of the fruit, with its purple colour, aftertaste and small blueberries on the palate. These exquisite jams are ideal with fromage frais or fromage blanc, offering an indescribable sensation.
