Fine Cheese Co. is a company based in Bath, England, specialising in the distribution and export of British cheeses. It offers a wide selection of artisan cheeses, many of which are traditionally made and unpasteurised.
Their range includes over 100 different cheeses, from the famous Cheddar to Devon Oke, a creamy cow's milk cheese, and Lord of the Hundreds, a sheep's milk cheese matured in the style of Italian Pecorino. As well as cheeses, the company makes a unique product called ‘Cheese Toast’.
This is a toast made with cherries, almonds and linseed. Crunchy, light and fine, it contains 60% traces of fruit, nuts and seeds. Ideal with blue cheeses such as Fourme S'Ambert, Stilton and Gorgonzola Dolce, the best aperitif.
