An oil of exceptional quality from selected green olives harvested at the end of October and November, by hand and in crates so as not to suffer any damage from trampling, contact with the ground or anything else that might alter the quality that may arise from the tree itself until it is crushed.
An oil of impeccable superior quality, with aromas of apple, freshly cut grass and tomato and a rich organoleptic assessment. Smooth and clean on the palate. Very marked bitterness and ardour, with a pleasant lingering finish.

Hacienda Vadolivo, located at the foot of the Sierra Cazorla natural park, was founded in 1989 as a company dedicated to the production and processing of high quality extra virgin olive oil.
Although its growth has always been constant, it is in 2002 when a new stage of expansion began with the acquisition, renovation, enhancement and adaptation to organic cultivation of several farms located in different parts of the province, allowing us to offer exclusive olive oils with their own personality and of the highest quality, obtaining oils with special organoleptic connotations.
Hacienda Vadolivo has maintained three principles since its beginnings: to apply the best care to the fruit and the tree, to produce only quality olive oils and all of this by implementing environmentally friendly practices.
At Hacienda Vadolivo, tradition and the most advanced technology act in a balanced way when it comes to producing its products. The result: extra virgin olive oils of unsurpassed quality, with attention to the smallest detail and a deep respect for the environment.
