Canning is done in an artisan way, taking care of the sizes and manual placement of each piece in the can, maintaining forgotten processes such as the roasting of some fish and using only top quality ingredients from the local market for the preparations, which are cooked like at home by expert hands.

Real Conservera Española assures its commitment to sustainability and care for the environment. This commitment begins in the sea, as they feed from the sea and are standard bearers for sustainable fishing and the least invasive fishing gear, defending and demanding compliance with closed seasons and catch limits to guarantee the future of the marine biodiversity of the Rías. They are also continuing with their sustainable commitment plan, with targets for reducing water and energy consumption and converting to renewable energy, as well as reusing waste and using recyclable materials.
