Higuera S.L. was founded by a small family business located in the town of Almoharín, in Cáceres, a land where fig trees abound.
It was in this beautiful corner of Spanish geography, in 1989, that the couple formed by Senador Valero and Felipa Nieva had the idea of mixing dried figs with chocolate.
