8x Oro del Desierto Hojiblanca - Tin 1L

Organic extra virgin olive oil produced in Tabernas (Almeria) from the Arbequina variety of olive harvested when the grapes ripen early.

It is a green, leafy oil with fruity aromas and hints of avocado. On the palate, it has a lingering aftertaste, with medium intensity and bitterness.

It has an intense golden colour and is very cleanly filtered.

The nose is powerful and vigorous, with notes of medium-ripe tomato, green apple and banana, enriched by more discreet notes of black pepper, sage, mint and basil.

The palate is soft and enveloping, with vegetal notes of lettuce and almonds. A balance between elegance and bitterness.

Recommended uses: ideal for use raw in toasts, salads and all types of stews.
