This selection of ‘Early Harvest’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil has the intense fruitiness of green olives, with a great complexity of green and dried fruit aromas: mint, tomato and banana peel, with ripe hints of almond, fig and apple.
Clean, fragrant flavour, with a harmony of slight bitterness and gradual ardour. Very structured and persistent.
Canned oil is much better preserved, as it prevents the sun's radiation from reaching the oil, which means that all the oil's characteristics are retained when it leaves the factory.
Selección Cosecha Temprana EVOO has won prestigious awards in recent years for its organoleptic characteristics.
