Arbequina:
An exceptional olive that combines the delicate aromas of this variety with the strength and character of the land of the south. The palate is progressive, with a soft, delicate entry, a very light bitter aftertaste and a slightly more pronounced ardence. The aftertaste is harmonious and almondy.
Picual:
The oil has an intense, complex green fruitiness, with clear aromas of tomato (a characteristic flavour of the picual), apple, freshly cut grass, green banana, green almond, etc., and without doubt what characterises this oil is its very pleasant bitter-spicy balance. On the palate, it is soft and leaves a sensation of greenness and freshness.
Frantoio:
On the palate, we find the same olfactory progression, gentle at the start where the apple and kiwi reappear, with a vegetal heart and a balsamic finish. Elegant bitterness that doesn't upset the balance, with a slight tartness and almond aftertaste..
Hojiblanca:
Its fruitiness is medium-high, with notes of green olives and ripe fresh fruit. Initially, it has vegetal tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana, with hints of flowers and wild plants such as fennel, herbs and blackberry.
