This Frantoio olive oil is complex, with fresh fruit and vegetables: green apple, kiwi fruit, almonds, pine nuts, rocket leaves and cypress, with a toasted touch that adds great delicacy to the whole.
On the palate, we find the same olfactory progression, gentle at the start where the apple and kiwi reappear, with a vegetal heart and a balsamic finish. Elegant bitterness that doesn't upset the balance, with a slight tartness and almond aftertaste.
