Set of 4 bottles of extra virgin olive oil from Bailén (Jaén) of the Picual, Hojiblanca, Frantoio and Arbequina varieties.
- Oro Bailén Picual: Extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced with olives of the Picual variety. Intense and complex green fruitiness with aromas of tomato, apple, freshly cut grass, green banana and green almond. Undoubtedly, what characterises this oil is its very pleasant bitter-spicy balance. In the mouth it is smooth and leaves a sensation of greenness and freshness.
- Oro Bailén Hojiblanca: Extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced with olives of the Hojiblanca variety. Medium-high fruity with vegetal notes of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana, as well as hints of flowers and wild plants such as fennel, aromatic herbs and blackberry. Elegant and smooth on the palate, recalling the aromas detected on the nose. Slight bitterness and progressive bitterness until the finish.
- Oro Bailén Frantoio: Extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced with olives of the Frantoio variety. Complex fruitiness with notes of green apple, kiwi, almond, pine nut, rocket leaf and cypress, with a toasted touch that adds great delicacy to the whole. On the palate it has a smooth start where apple and kiwi reappear, a vegetal core and a balsamic finish. Elegant bitterness that does not break the balance, with a slight acidity and almond aftertaste.
- Oro Bailén Arbequina: Extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced with olives of the Arbequina variety. Ripe fruitiness that combines the delicate aromas of this variety (almond, apple and ripe banana) with the strength and character of the land of the south. In the mouth it is progressive, with a soft and delicate entry, a very light bitterness and a slightly more pronounced bitterness. The aftertaste is harmonious and almondy.
