Don Millán Jerez and Pedro Ximénez Valderrama vinegar is a high-quality, artisanal product from the Jerez region of Spain. Made from Pedro Ximénez wine, a sweet, aromatic wine, it has a uniquely sweet touch.
Valderrama, known for its quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils, also produces this vinegar using Palomino grapes for the sherry and Pedro Ximénez for the sweetness. Aged in oak casks using the traditional ‘Criaderas y Soleras’ method, it develops complex aromas and a rich flavour.
Its dark mahogany colour, fruity aroma and notes of caramel, figs and prunes make it an excellent choice for a variety of culinary preparations, such as salads, cold soups, cheeses, raw vegetables and grilled meats. It can also be used in sweet and sour dishes or to caramelise onions.
