Valderrama Arbequina Bag in Box 5L is a high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold extracted from Arbequina olives. It is appreciated for its mild, sweet and fruity flavour, as well as its complex aromas of banana, green apple, almond and a hint of tomato. This intensely golden oil has a low acidity of 0.1% oleic acid and is balanced with medium intensity.
It is ideal for subtly enhancing dishes such as salads, gazpachos, grilled vegetables, rice dishes such as paellas, seafood, desserts and cocktails. The 5-litre Bag in Box format ensures better preservation by protecting the oil from light and air, prolonging its freshness.
