Little Almazara is an extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety specially made so that children can also obtain the multiple benefits of the olive juice. Children's palates are not yet ready for bitter and/or spicy oils, so this mild and delicate extra virgin olive oil is perfect for them.

The nose is fruity green with medium intensity and predominantly fruity notes, as well as banana and green almond. On the palate it has a very pleasant sweet entry and a lingering aftertaste with a nutty aftertaste.

Food pairing: It is ideal for raw dishes such as salads, toasts, sandwiches, vegetables, stir-fries, rice dishes, sauces such as mayonnaise or vinaigrette and even for baking.

Oleum Hispania extra virgin olive oil is endorsed with the SIQEV Quality Seal and has accumulated more than 200 national and international awards.

Behind Hispania Food Company XXI S.L. is a family linked to the olive grove that has made the best extra virgin olive oil a way of life.

Early harvesting, immediate milling and cold extraction are key to preserving the quality of the final product. The cold extraction process is carried out using mechanical procedures and below 22ºC, with the aim of altering the flavour and original properties of the olive as little as possible and thus obtaining a first extraction extra virgin olive oil that preserves all its properties, vitamins and fatty acids that are highly beneficial for the organism.
