This oil is produced by La Tourangelle from hazelnuts harvested and sorted by hand, then carefully washed and dried.

La Tourangelle is a French-American family-owned company dedicated to the production of culinary oils. Founded in 1867 in Bourgeuil (France), they produce high quality oils in Saumur (France) and Woodland (California). The oils are virgin oils rich in flavour and nutrients and are not genetically modified.
