A good density and a very balanced sweet and sour taste make Il Classico di Giuseppe Giusti an extremely versatile balsamic vinegar of Modena in the kitchen. It can be used both raw and in more elaborate cooked dishes.
It is characterised by notes of ripe fruit and hints of liquorice and black pepper, as well as by its excellent sweet and sour balance. Aged in barrels dating from the 18th and 19th centuries.
