CUAC Organic is a premium extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction made for the most exquisite palates. Its fruity nose is fresh and clean, with aromas of green tomato and banana peel. On the palate it is very balanced in bitterness and spiciness, both of which appear in moderate intensity.
CUAC extra virgin olive oil has been awarded in prestigious specialised competitions such as Olive Japan or Evooleum Awards.
More than 50 years old, the olive trees that give life to CUAC extra virgin olive oil are located in the heart of the National Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, in Jaén, the province with the highest concentration of olive groves in the world and one of the best valued for its quality.
CUAC extra virgin olive oil, of the Picual, Picual Organic and Royal varieties, and protected under the PDO Sierra de Cazorla, has excellent tasting notes and very high ratings for its aroma, colour and taste.
CUAC AOVE is the mirror of a childhood surrounded by olive trees, but also the memory of the dedication of an ancestral work, which had as a fruit the healthiest of the juices that nature offers us. CUAC AOVE represents memories of childhood, effort and illusion. The effort to achieve the dream of producing extra virgin olive oil and the illusion that makes us live every day fulfilling our dreams.
Why is CUAC AOVE represented by a rubber duck? In CUAC they are sure that a common symbol in the childhood of many people would be the rubber duckling, which today comes back to you in the form of CUAC extra virgin olive oil.
CUAC is made following the strictest quality controls that the P.D.O. Sierra de Cazorla, one of the most prestigious in the olive oil world, demands for all its extra virgin olive oils. In addition to this, it is harvested at night, milled in less than 8 hours and first pressed, which gives CUAC incomparable organoleptic qualities.
