Chinata 5 Berries Pepper is a cocktail of flavours featuring a selection of green, white, black, allspice and pink peppercorn varieties.
Green, white and black peppers come from the same plant, but their colour is different due to the treatment applied at harvest time.
Allspice is a pepper that is not a pepper at all, since it is a berry that is harvested green and dried in the sun, which gives it its characteristic brown colour. Its flavour is a combination of cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon, giving a very special touch to dishes.
Pink peppercorns also have a distinctive, aromatic flavour, with a blend of sweetness, citrus and a hint of heat and freshness.
