Cortijo de Sarteneja is a family project that was born in 2013. Its first product, which has become the brand's flagship product, was fried tomato. It is a recipe learned in the family court in Sarteneja, located on irrigated land where tomatoes have been grown for decades.
Cortijo de Sarteneja's mission is to be a benchmark in a market dominated by mass-market industrial brands with something as simple as it is difficult to find: a sugar-free fried tomato sauce.
