Conservas Artesanas Rosara roasts its Piquillo peppers with beech wood and peels them without water to preserve all their flavour. They cut them into strips and roast them again in a special marinade. As a finishing touch, they dress them with extra virgin olive oil. The result is a sweet pepper with a more intense Piquillo flavour. And with only 6.5% fat.
