Casa del Agua is an EVOO of medium intensity, very stable, balanced and smooth, but with plenty of body, making it a very suitable oil for traditional cooking: stews, sautés and frying, but also for eating raw.
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is distinguished by its medium intensity fruitiness, with a similar intensity in the nuances, both green and ripe at their peak, reminiscent of fruits such as tomato or almond.
On the palate, it has a smooth entry, with a delicate, light bitterness and a touch of ardency at the end, all in perfect balance and harmony.
