It has its own crops and carries out olive harvesting, crushing, bottling and distribution in its own facilities.

It selects olives of the Hojiblanca, Picual, Arbequina and Picuda varieties from the Cabra, Priego de Córdoba and Baena regions. Their experts visit the fruit on the tree itself, seeking quality at source. To ensure that the olives are in optimum condition, they are carefully checked for ripeness and spoilage. Thanks to this careful selection and study, each of these varieties has been harvested at the most appropriate moment of ripeness, to obtain an extra-virgin olive oil whose quality, aroma and flavor can be considered a caprice of nature.
