Sociedad Agraria de Transformación El Labrador is a family-run business that aims to capitalize on the experience of at least six generations growing olive trees in the same place: the municipality of Fuente de Piedra, in the province of Malaga.

SAT El Labrador began operating as an olive oil mill in 1988 and as a bottling plant in 1992. The company's main objective is to produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality in a sustainable manner. To achieve this, it strives to act in accordance with popular wisdom, while trying to incorporate strategies in line with new technologies.
