The Prunotto Mariangela farm is located in Alba, capital of the Langhe hills, an important food region in Italy.

For several years they have been using the "Organic Farming Method" on their own crops and since 1995 they have adhered to the "Agri-food Programme for compliance with EEC Regulation 2078/92", the only one that allows the elimination of toxic residues in the fruit, while respecting nature and consumers.

In this way they obtain a healthier fruit with distinctive nutritional characteristics, an excellent raw material for a higher quality transformation without the addition of chemical products, selecting with care and obtaining gourmet products with a delicious traditional flavour reminiscent of the flavours of yesteryear.
