UNOACEIT was born from the need to give continuity to the hard work throughout the history of his family in the cultivation of olive groves and the harvesting of olives, its symbol of identity.

For generations, these mountain lands were ploughed by hand, ploughed by means of yuntas of beasts, dug with hoe, fertilized with natural manure, preparing their covers, to obtain from their olive trees the best fruits, olives traditionally vareadas with chestnut sticks, collected from the ground one by one in esparto grass sluices.
