6x Sabatacha Crianza 2020 Red wine - Glass bottle 750 ml.

Sabatacha Crianza is made with Monastrell grapes from old vineyards and harvested by hand, selecting the grapes on arrival at the winery.

It has a cherry colour, with medium depth, and a subtle, complex and clean nose. Its aromas are reminiscent of ripe red fruits, new wood and spicy aromas such as vanilla. In the mouth it is well structured with elegant tannins, good body and a pleasant finish.

During maceration, only pumping over is carried out and lasts for ten days to obtain a fuller bodied and more structured wine. Following the same process as other Sabatacha wines, the temperature is controlled during maceration, and does not exceed 28ºC. The fermentation temperature ranges between 20ºC and 22ºC.

A few months after its elaboration, when the wine has stabilised naturally, it is put into American oak barrels of 220 litres capacity, where it will remain for six months. After this period, it is removed from the wood and bottled.
