Castellón

In the province of Castellon, the olive oil producing area stretches from the north to the south. Baix Maestrat is in the north and is home to the millenia-old Farga variety. Production is also pprominent in the  areas of Alto Palancia, La Plana Alta y Baja, Alcalaten and Alto Mijares.
