Picuda olive oil is originally from Priego de Córdoba y is also grown in the provinces of Granada, Malaga and Jaen. It is called picuda because of its curved shape and its final point. Picuda or picudo olive oil has a strong taste of tomatoes and vegetables sucha as artichokes. It has a sweet taste with a well/balanced mix of medium bitterness and spicyness.
