Mounts of Toledo

The olive oils protected by the Hills of Toledo Designation of Origin will necessarily be made with Cornicabra variety olives. They contain a strong feeling of density in your mouth, being both fruity and aromatic at one while also being slightly bitter for a balanced overall flavour. The Designation of Origin for the Hills of Toledo inclues the municipalities in the south-west of the province of Toledo and the north-west of the province of Ciudad Real, with the focus being the mountainous formation of the Hills of Toledo.
