Horikawaya Nomura is one of the oldest soybean companies in existence (1688). They make their popular soy sauce using Japanese soybeans without any additives. More than two years of fermentation to obtain a powerful and very tasty flavour, unlike industrial soy sauces, which are produced in a few months.
