Mariangela Prunotto's agro-food farm is dedicated to the production of charcoal-grilled preserves using only its own organically grown produce. The various vegetables are grilled, chopped and placed in glass jars with extra virgin olive oil. The only preservative is wine vinegar, which gives them a very characteristic taste.
