La Quinta Esencia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in mid-November with a high percentage of green olives, which means that in its organoleptic assessment, the green fruitiness predominates over the ripe fruitiness, as well as the aroma of tomato plants and freshly cut grass, typical of the Picual of the Sierra Mágina.
