Oleo Subbética is a premium extra virgin olive oil Coupage of the Picuda and Hojiblanca varieties, which also has the Priego de Córdoba Designation of Origin and received the Alimentos de España 2022 Award for Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Spain in the Sweet Green Fruity category.
It is a medium green fruity oil with herbaceous nuances and hints of vegetables such as tomato and artichoke. It is sweet on the palate, with medium bitterness and progressive spiciness; in the retronasal phase the hints of green fruits are enhanced and fruity hints of apple and banana appear. It is an oil with great complexity and harmony.
