Paludier de Guérande is a gourmet salt from the Guérande peninsula on the Atlantic coast of the Pays de la Loire region, also known as Brittany grey salt. This is one of the few places in the world where flowers of salt form, which are extracted by the salt worker before being absorbed by the evaporation basins.
