Lágrima Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best oil from the Serrana variety from Alto Palancia, a region in the province of Castellón.

Lágrima oil is made from the best selected olives of the early-harvested Serrana variety. It is produced in the oil mill by cold extraction with cooling in blenders, with a production time from reception of less than 4 hours. It is then stored in an inert nitrogen atmosphere.

Lágrima oil is a limited production Extra Virgin Olive Oil and is carbon footprint certified to reduce its impact on the environment.
