Picual extra virgin olive oil is Olibaeza's flagship product. It is made from olives of the Picual variety, harvested in early October when they are still green, just before they start to turn from green to purple.
It is obtained from a rigorous selection of olive trees located in Baeza (Jaén), paying particular attention to the integrated production harvesting process. The result is a top-quality extra virgin olive oil that retains all its fruity and aromatic properties.
