Bodega Divina Proporción has a capacity of 120,000 kilos of grapes per vintage. It produces wines from the Vega de Toro region with the Toro designation of origin.
At Divina Proporción, we know that the soul of a wine lies in the vineyards, not in the cellar, which is why all processes are respectful of the fruit, avoiding anything involving mechanical movements or traumatic processes. For this reason, the grapes are harvested in the early hours of the morning, in fifteen-kilo crates, so that they arrive whole and fresh, and can macerate in the vats before fermentation for two or three days, in order to obtain plenty of fruit.
