This Olive Oil is made mainly with Picual and Lucio varieties (typical of the region). It highlights its intense, fruity green olive with notes of fig and fresh wood. A noble oil where the body and character provided by the Picual variety are nuanced by the presence of Lucio. This extra virgin olive oil from Illora (Granada) is a blend of Picual varieties. Its notes on the palate are intensely fruity and bitter, with a hint of spice.
Fried and raw: in salads or with toast, to enhance the flavour of fish or grilled meat.
