Extra virgin olive oil from olives harvested at the optimum moment of ripening, with a delicate flavour and aromas reminiscent of fresh, healthy fruit. It is a representative blend of the varieties that grow in the Tabernas Desert, offering an oil that captures all the essence of the Mediterranean climate, in the area with the highest annual number of hours of sunshine in Europe. Extra virgin olive oil from Uleila del Campo (Almería) made from the picual, hojiblanca, lechín and arbequina olive varieties. Its tasting notes are moderately fruity, moderately bitter and slightly spicy.
