Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Pozuelo de Zarzón (Cáceres) produced from the Manzanilla Cacereña and Cornicabra olive varieties. This olive oil is greenish-yellow in colour, with an aroma reminiscent of apples, a mild flavour and a medium intensity of fruitiness.
