Aubocassa

Extra virgin olive oil from Manacor (Balearic Islands) protected by the Oli de Mallorca designation of origin. This is a yellow-green oil with very intense aromas. On the palate, it is silky and fresh, with very subtle spicy and almost imperceptible bitter notes.
